ORDINANCE NO. 1137

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the zoning map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be and it is hereby changed so that the following described property, to-wit:

Lot three in Block one of Fairmount Subdivision, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado

be classified as R-1-C, under the terms of said Chapter.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1137, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 2nd day of August, 1961, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
