ORDINANCE NO. 1147

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the zoning map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be and it is hereby changed so that the following described property, to-wit:

The North 160 feet of Blocks 5, 6 and 7, Teller Arms Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado,

be classified as Commercial 1, under the terms of said Chapter.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1962.
