ORDINANCE NO. 1158

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That the zoning map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be, and it hereby is, changed so that the zoning for the following described property be as follows:

 

The North sixty (60) feet of Block A and Block F, Mesa Gardens Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado,

 

be classified as zone district P.

 

Block A of Mesa Gardens Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado, except the North sixty (60) feet thereof

 

be classified as zone district B-1

 

The zone district categories to be as provided under said Chapter.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1962.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1158, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of June, 1962, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
