ORDINANCE NO. 1192

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4 OF CHAPTER 57 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, TO PERMIT MINORS TO PLAY OR OPERATE MECHANICAL SKILL DEVICES AS THE SAME ARE DEFINED IN SAID CHAPTER.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Section 4 of Chapter 57 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be, and the same hereby is, repealed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1964.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1192, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of May, 1964, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
