ORDINANCE NO. 1197

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

Section 1. That the zoning map which is a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be, and it hereby is, changed so that the zoning for the following described property be as follows:

 

Lots Thirteen through Eighteen in Block Seventy-Seven and

Lots Seven through Twelve in Block Seventy-Eight,

City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado

 

be classified as zone district C-1 (light commerce); the zone district being as provided under said chapter.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1964.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1197, was introduced, read and ordered published in the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 24th day of June, 1964, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
