ORDINANCE NO. 1204

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER 53 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEE THEREUNDER.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

Section 1. That Section 2 of Chapter 53 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be amended to read as follows:

Section 2. LICENSE FEE FOR BILLIARD OR POOL TABLE. Keepers of billiard tables mentioned in the preceding section shall, for every table kept and used, pay to the City the sum of Three Dollars ($3.00) for the term of one year or part thereof and keepers of pool tables mentioned in the preceding section shall, for every table kept and used, pay to the City, the sum of Three Dollars ($3.00) for the term of one year or part thereof.
