ORDINANCE NO. 1217

 

   AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY

 

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to provide that the following lots or tracts of land within the City be zoned as follows:

 

 1.  Lots 1 through 24 of Block 1 Crawford Subdivision be zoned I-1 (Light Industry).

 

 2.  Lots 1 through 24 of Block 2 Crawford Subdivision be zoned I-1 (Light Industry).

 

 3.  The West 355 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, be zoned R-3 (Multi-family Residence).

 

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1965.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1217, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 1st day of September, 1965, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
