ORDINANCE No. 1225

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to provide that the following tract of land within the City be zoned as R-3 (Multi-family), to-wit:

 

Beginning 848 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, thence North 330 feet, thence West 736 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 264 feet, thence South 180 feet, thence East to the point of beginning.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1966.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1225, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of January, 1966, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
