ORDINANCE NO. 1252
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES WITHIN THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an unexpected contingency has arisen necessitating expenditures within the utilities department not contemplated at the time of the preparation of the annual budget, such contingency requiring the re-allocation of funds within the Utilities Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That there be transferred from Budget Account No. 84.31-A the sum of $30,000.00 to Budget Account No. 84.31-B and the sum of $70,000.00 to Budget Account 83.30 for expenditures for projects in the Utilities Department under such accounts.
