ORDINANCE NO. 1254

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following described land be changed in zoning to B-1 (Limited Business) as the same is used in Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction:

Lots 13 to 21, both inclusive, in Block 1 of Craig Subdivision.
