ORDINANCE NO. 1260

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that the zoning be changed from R-2 (Two-family residence) to C-2 (Heavy Commerce) for the following described property in the City of Grand Junction, to-wit:

Lots 7 through 12 of Block 34, City of Grand Junction

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1967.
