ORDINANCE NO. 1261
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 6-C(5)(b) OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION TO INCLUDE SIGNS AND DISPLAYS WITHIN THE PROHIBITED USES OF LAND IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That Subsection 6-C (5) (b) of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:
Section 6. Supplementary Regulations.
C. Performance Standards.
(5) Traffic Visibility
(b) In all business, commercial and industrial zones, no fence or wall, other than permitted structures shall be erected and no hedge, shrub, tree, or other growth or sign or display shall be maintained in such location upon any lot or property in a manner constituting a traffic hazard because of obstruction to view.
