ORDINANCE NO. 1262

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-28 (b) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY RAISING THE MINIMUM FIELD FEE FOR LINCOLN PARK.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Section 20-28 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

 

Section 20-28. Charge for license to use

 

(b) A minimum charge of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each use of the baseball field and for each use of the football field shall be paid by all licensees using such facilities except when such facilities are used for practice or non-spectator activities, and, when used for such purposes, charges shall be as agreed upon between the City Manager and the licensee for such use.
