ORDINANCE NO. 1267

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

WHEREAS, a petition to annex the property hereinafter described to the City of Grand junction, Colorado, has been filed with the City Clerk and considered by the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds the territory eligible for annexation and further finds that the petition has been signed by all of the owners of property within the territory;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the said annexation is approved and the following described property shall be, and it is hereby declared to be, annexed to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, to-wit:

Lot 9 of Fairmount Heights Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1967.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance NO. 1267, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of July, 1967, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
