ORDINANCE NO. 1280

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE Of ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that the tract of land in the City described as follows:

Beginning at a point 40 feet West and 30 feet North of the East Quarter corner of Section 10 Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, thence North 120 feet, thence West 50 feet, thence South 120 feet, thence East 50 feet to the point of beginning,

be changed in zoning to P (Parking);

and the tract of land described as follows:

Beginning at a point 140 feet West and 150 feet North of the East Quarter corner of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, thence North 70 feet, thence West 160 feet, thence South 70 feet, thence East 160 feet to the point of beginning,

be changed in zoning to B-2 (Neighborhood Business).
