ORDINANCE NO. 1289

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER

 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION,

 BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that Lots 13 through 18 in Block 34, City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, be changed in zoning from R-3 (Multi-family Residence) to B-3 (Retail Business.)

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1968.
