ORDINANCE NO. 1294

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that:

 The West 355 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township I South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado,

be zoned R-1-D (Single Family Residence).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1968.
