ORDINANCE NO. 1302

 

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 4-a-(2) OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, CONCERNING CHURCH BULLETIN SIGNS

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

 That Section 4-a-(2) of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

 

 Section II. SIGNS

 

   a.  Residential Districts:

 

     (2) A bulletin sign, not exceeding 25 square feet in area, erected upon the premises of a church or other institution for the purpose of displaying the name of the institution and its activities or services.
