ORDINANCE NO. 1304

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT 002 OF THE CITY TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE OFFICE OF CITY-COUNTY ATTORNEY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1. That, in addition to the monies heretofore appropriated to the Legal Department Account 002, there is hereby appropriated to said account the sum of $8,364.00 from the General Fund of the City, the said total sum, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be expended to defray the expenses of the Department of City-County Attorney as Budget Account 002.

2. Such additional monies shall be obtained from General Fund Revenue Account 0100-44-00, which is the account into which those payments to be made by the County of Mesa in paying one-half the expenses of such department shall be credited, with any monies paid by the County over the said $8,364.00, in sharing the expenses of the department, being budgeted to General Fund Account 141.39-011.
