ORDINANCE NO. 1305

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACCOUNTING FOR MONIES AND EXPENDITURE OF THE SAME FROM THE AIRPORT FUND OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION IN THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1968.

WHEREAS, under the joint operation of Walker Field, the City-County Airport operated by the City of Grand Junction and the County of Mesa, Colorado, the sum of $12,000.00 was paid in the year 1968 by the County of Mesa to the City as paying agent for the airport operation to provide additional monies for construction at the airport; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the receipt and expenditure of said monies within the budget of the City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1968:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Budget Revenue Account 0600.12-00, in the budget of the City of Grand Junction for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1968, be increased by the amount of $12,000.00 to reflect the payment by the County of Mesa to the City of that sum for airport construction, and, further that said sum be, and it is hereby, appropriated to Budget Account 061.31-901, in said Budget, for payment therefrom as an Airport Fund obligation.
