ORDINANCE NO. 1307

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that the zoning of the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, to-wit:

Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence South 172.50 feet more or less along the East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15 to a point on the south line of Lot 21, Block 7 of Grand River Subdivision, thence West 620.00 feet along the North line of the existing City Limits (Ordinance Number 935), thence South 31° 56' East 951 feet along the Westerly line of said Existing City Limits, thence Westerly to a point on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, which point is 890.00 feet South of the North line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, thence North to a point 10 feet South of said North line, thence West 260 feet, thence South 1090 feet more or less to the North line of the Melvin B. Seevers property as recorded in Book 630 at Page 74 of the County Clerk records, Mesa County, Colorado, thence North 78° 35' West 218.8 feet, thence South 8° 32' East 132.00 feet, thence North 50° 35' West 97.5 feet, thence North 75° 30' West 141.00 feet, thence North 75° 20' West 380.00 feet, thence North 39° 16' 30" West 114.00 feet; thence North 17° 23' 30" West 538.00 feet, thence North 56° 34' 30" West 70.00 feet, thence North 382.00 feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15, thence East along said North line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 15 2640.00 feet to the point of beginning all in Mesa County, colorado. (Western Meat Packers Annexation).
