ORDINANCE NO. 1308 (Park Dr Annex-Olympic Subdiv)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended so that the zoning of the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, to-wit:

Beginning at a point which is 30 feet East of the Northwest Corner of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence South 00° 17' East 480.0 feet to the South right-of-way line of Park Drive, thence continuing along said right-of-way East 466.0 feet, thence 453.7 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 152.53 feet (the chord bears North 04° 47' East 304.0 feet), thence 109.05 feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 258.0 feet, (the chord bears North 65° 36' West 108.24 feet), thence 84.04 feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 90 feet (the chord bears North 26° 45' West 81.02 feet), thence North 60.0 feet more or less to the North line of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, of the Ute Meridian, thence West 357.3 feet more or less to the point of beginning. is R-2 (Two-Family Residence).
