ORDINANCE NO. 1311

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 5, Mesa Park Center; thence west 65 feet along the north line of said Lot 5; thence north 11° west 270 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of a tract of land described in Book 636, Page 265, Mesa County Records, thence north 73° east 65 feet along the north line of said property; thence south 11° east 300 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,

to the Zoning Category B-1 (Limited Business).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1969.
