ORDINANCE NO. 1317

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by zoning the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 148 feet East of the Southwest Corner of Lot 4 of Capital Hill Subdivision as recorded in Book 2 of Plats page 19, County Clerk file, Mesa County, colorado, thence North 640 feet, thence West to the West line of the Little Bookcliff Railroad right-of-way, thence South 33° 02' West along the West right-of-way of the Little Bookcliff Railroad to a point due West of the point of beginning, thence East to the point of beginning,

to the Zoning Category B-1 (Limited Business).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1969.
