ORDINANCE NO. 1318

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

The West three acres of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, EXCEPT for the North 35 feet and EXCEPT the South 318.2 feet and EXCEPT Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence South 77 feet, thence East 41.53 feet, thence North 42 feet, thence West 41.53 feet to the point of beginning,

to the Zoning Category C-1 (Light Commerce).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1969.
