ORDINANCE NO. 1330 (T Alley Blk 1 Sparn Subdiv)

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

WHEREAS, the vacation of the portion of an alley hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That that part of an alley in Block 1 of Ernest T. Sparn Subdivision said part to be as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 27 said Block 1, thence North 20 feet to a point on the South line Lot 4 said Block 1 which point is 5 feet West of the Southeast Corner said Lot 4, thence East to the Southeast corner Lot 1 said Block 1, thence South 20 feet, thence West to the point of beginning, all in Mesa County, Colorado,

be, and the same hereby is vacated.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1969.
