ORDINANCE NO. 1339

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 19-12, 19-13, 19-14, AND 19-15 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, ALL RELATING TO THE CONTROL OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, TO PERMIT THE APPLICATION OF STATE STATUTES IN THE CONTROL OF THE SALE AND STORAGE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

THAT Sections 19-12, 19-13, 19-14, and 19-15 of the CODE of ORDINANCES of the City of Grand Junction be and the same are hereby repealed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1969.
