ORDINANCE NO. 1344
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, the portion of alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the following portion of alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:
That 20-foot East-West Alley between Lot 3 and Lots 5 through 9 of Block 7, Mobley's Sub-division, from the East line of Spruce Street to West line of North-South Alley in said Block 7
be and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1970.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1344, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 7th day of January, 1970, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
