ORDINANCE NO. 1358

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following described easement within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

15-foot easement, center line being lot lines between Lots 2 and 3 and between Lots 28 and 29 of Block 1 and between Lots 2 and 3 and between Lots 28 and 29 of Block 2 of Prospect Park

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of June, 1970.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1359, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 20th day of May, 1970, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
