ORDINANCE NO. 1359

AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM THE CAPITAL RESERVE SECTION IN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF GENERAL GOVERNMENT AND FROM THE PARKING LOT OVERLAY SECTION IN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE PARKS OPERATIONS TO THE CONCESSION STAND SECTION OF THE STADIUM AND PARKS FUND.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

THAT there be transferred from Capital Improvements - Capital Reserve of the General Government Fund, Account No. 131.31-901, the sum of $7,000.00 and from Capital Improvements - Parking Lot Overlay of the Parks Operations Fund, Account No. 112.31-903, the sum of $10,000.00, to and appropriated to the Concession Stand Section of the Stadium and Parks Division Fund, Account No. 115.31-901.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of June, 1970.
