ORDINANCE NO. 1360

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the vacation of an alley hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the East-West alley in Block S Keith's Addition to the City of Grand Junction be and the same hereby is vacated; provided, however, that the West Fifty (50) feet of said alley is vacated subject to existing easements.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of June, 1970.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1360, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 4th day of June, 1970, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
