ORDINANCE NO. 1375

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

WHEREAS, the vacation of an easement hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not deprive anyone of access to property;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That a ten-foot-wide north-south utility and irrigation easement lying five feet on each side of the common lot line between Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 Olympic Acres Subdivision

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1970.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1375, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 7th day of October, 1970, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
