ORDINANCE NO. 1390

 

 

 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

 WHEREAS, the vacation of an easement hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public; and

 

 WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission and would not deprive anyone of access to property;

 

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

 That the easement over, along and across the following described property:

 

 The North ten feet of Lot 1, Block 1 and the North ten feet of the West 100 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, and the South ten feet of the West 207 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, all in Olympic Acres Subdivision,

 

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

 

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1971.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1390, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 3rd day of March, 1971, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
