ORDINANCE NO. 1401

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THERETO THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the zoning map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to provide that the following described tract of land be zoned as hereinafter stated:

 All of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian South and East of Horizon Drive right of way excepting the East forty feet of said North­east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter. All in Mesa County, Colorado,

to the zoning category of R-1-C (single-family residence.)

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1971.
