ORDINANCE NO. 1412
AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREET RIGHT OF WAY
WITHIN THE CITY Or GRAND JUNCTION
WHEREAS. the street right of way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the following described public street right of way within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
The West twenty-five feet of the East Ninety-five feet of the West Half, East Half, Southwest Quarter, Southeast Quarter, Southwest Quarter Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian.
be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to easement for existing utilities.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1971.
