ORDINANCE NO. 1423

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 32, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING A PLANNED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TO SECTION 15.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by adding thereto a planned business development to Section 15 as follows:

SECTION (15) PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS

A. GENERAL PROVISIONS, CO-ORDINATION, USES PERMITTED

3. Types of Planned Developments

e. PDB

Within the PD B District the uses permitted shall be the same as PD 8 except that the permitted business and commercial uses may constitute one hundred per cent of the uses located in the District.

In the case of the PD B Zone, the Planning Commission may waive the two acre requirement.
