ORDINANCE NO. 1432

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THERETO THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended to provide the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Lot 24 of Block 11 and all of Block 12, Mesa Gardens Subdivision;

to the Zoning Category R-1-C (one-family residence); and

The West one half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18 of Township One South of Range One East of the Ute Meridian EXCEPT that part of said tracts which lies in the road right of way for Highway 6 and 24 and road right of way for Grand Avenue,

to the Zoning Category C-1 (Commercial).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2d day of August, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1432, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of July, 1972, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
