ORDINANCE NO. 1433

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, the vacation of the portion of public right of way hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That all public right of way located on that part of Lot 62 of Mantey Heights Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof lying East of the following described line:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 18 of Mantey Heights Subdivision; thence South 0° 10' East to the South line of the said Mantey Heights Subdivision,

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2d day of August, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1433, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of July, 1972, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
