ORDINANCE NO. 1436
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, the portion of alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the following portion of alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado to wit:
The East 200.7 feet of the twenty foot East-West alley in Block 96, City of Grand Junction
be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1436, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of September, 1972, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
