ORDINANCE NO. 1439

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

 

Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 15, Block 1, ARCADIA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, which point is 46.05 feet north of the Southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence North to the South line of Lot 18 of said Subdivision; thence West to the East line of the West three acres of the South east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; thence South to a point West of the point of beginning; thence East to the point of beginning.

 

to the zoning category R-2 (Two Family Residence).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1972.
