ORDINANCE NO. 1442

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

WHEREAS, the alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The East-West Alley in Block 18 Milldale Subdivision

be, and the same is, hereby vacated subject to easements for existing utilities.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1442, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 1st day of November, 1972, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
