ORDINANCE NO. 1443
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the alleys hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the following described alleys within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
The North-South twenty-five foot alley East of Lots 9 and 24 of Block 3 of Benton Cannon's First Subdivision extending from the North line to the South line of said Block 3;
also that part of the East-West alley in said Block 3 extending from the West line of above described North-South alley West to projected center lines of Lots 5 and 28 in said Block 3, Benton Cannon's First Subdivision
be, and the same are, hereby vacated subject to easements for existing utilities.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1972.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1443, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 1st day of November, 1972, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
