ORDINANCE NO. 1448

 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN

THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

WHEREAS, the vacation of the hereinafter described alley would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof, and would be beneficial to the interest of the public;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the twenty foot wide east-west alley in Block 4 of the City of Grand Junction

be, and the same hereby is, vacated subject to an easement for the operation and maintenance or replacement of existing utilities.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of January, 1973.
