ORDINANCE NO. 1459

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN

THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 WHEREAS, the alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for

vacation; and

 WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission,

would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 That the following described alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The East-West alley in Block 5,

East Main Street Addition

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1973
