ORDINANCE NO. 1460

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE ORDINANCE OF THE

CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION COVERING THE LICENSING

OF THE SALE OF CIGARETTES AND VENDING MACHINES

THEREFOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 1. That Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand

Junction is hereby repealed effective July 1, 1973.

 

 2. This Ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public

health, safety and welfare and shall become effective upon passage for purposes stated.

 

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1973.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing emergency ordinance, entitled AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION COVERING THE

LICENSING OF THE SALE OF CIGARETTES AND VENDING MACHINES THEREFOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY was introduced, read, passed and adopted as an emergency ordinance, numbered 1460, and ordered published by the unanimous vote of the members of the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of June, 1973.
