ORDINANCE NO. 1464

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11, b. CHAPTER

32, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, OF THE CODE OF

ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

PERTAINING TO DEFINITION OF LOT.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 1. That Section 11. b. of Chapter 32, the Zoning Ordinance, of the Code

Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

Section 11. DEFINITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

b. Terms and Words:

Lot . . . a piece, plat or parcel of land

or assemblage of contiguous parcels of land,

as established by survey, plat or deed, occupied

by a single principal building, or principal

use and accessory building or uses thereto,

together with such open spaces as are required

under this ordinance and having the frontage

on a dedicated public street or officially

approved place.
