ORDINANCE NO. 1465

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF

ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION CONCERNING

PLATS OF SUBDIVISIONS

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 1. That Section 17 of Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

Sec. 27-17. PRELIMINARY PLATS REQUIRED.

The subdivider shall provide the Director

of Development with eighteen (18) copies of the

preliminary plat. At the time of filing of the

preliminary plat, the subdivider shall pay a fee

in the amount of Two hundred fifteen Dollars

($215.00) to cover the cost of review.

 2. That Section 21 of Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

Sec. 27-21. SUBMISSION OF FINAL PLATS.

The subdivider shall supply the original

signed final plat and eighteen (18) copies to

the Director of Development, and shall pay a

fee of Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($290.00) to

cover the cost of processing and filing the

final plat.
