ORDINANCE NO. 1466

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF

CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY

OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON

CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of ordinances

of the City of Grand Junction be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning 858.7 feet East of the Northwest

Corner of Section 7, Township 1 South,

Range 1 East thence 400 feet South; thence

400 feet East; thence 400 feet North;

thence 400 feet West more or less

to the point of beginning

to the Zoning Category PD-8 (Planned Development).

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1973.
