ORDINANCE NO. 1469

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GAS CODE OF THE

CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION WHICH IS CHAPTER

15 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY

AND ADOPTING INSTALLATION RULES AND REGU-

LATIONS THEREUNDER.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 1. That Sections 15-6 and 15-13 of Chapter 15 of the Code of

ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be repealed.

 2. That Gas Installation Rules and Regulations as referred to in

Section 15-5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be adopted as currently amended, publication thereof to be in pamphlet form, copies to be available for inspection in the City Clerk's office during normal working hours.

 PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1973.
