ORDINANCE NO. 1470
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A
PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING
OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Lots 4, 7, 8 and 66 all in Mantey Heights
Subdivision located in Section 7, Township 1
South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian;
Also beginning 313.84 feet west of the Southeast
corner of Mantey Heights Subdivision thence
North 17Oo 44' West 520.13 feet; thence North
31o 49' West 274.33 feet; thence North 13o 12'
West 179.62 feet; thence South 31o 25' West
170 feet; thence South 57o 33' East 86 feet,
thence South 11o 09' East 37 feet; thence
South 27o 08' East 478.1 feet; thence North
46o 31' West 138 feet; thence South 17o 44'
East 350 feet to a point on the South line
of Mantey Heights Subdivision; thence Easterly
along said line 125 feet to point of beginning;
to the zoning category PD-8 (Planned Unit Development).
